Price pages: privacy notice for buyers

1. Who is responsible

The company that sent you the link, whose name is on the price page, decides what is recorded and why. It is the controller of your data. AgroPro Plus is operated by VFP Consultants LLC (680 S Cache Street, Suite 100-7414, Jackson, WY 83001, USA), which processes the data only on that company’s instructions, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

2. What is recorded

  • When you press «Open my prices» on the link: the time, your full IP address, country and city, and a short description of your device (for example «iPhone · Safari»). Nothing else is recorded before you accept the terms.
  • After you press «Accept and view prices»: when the page was open and for how long, which items you looked at and for how many seconds, how many pallets you tried, the order requests you send, and whether you clicked «Try it free for 30 days».
  • Your acceptance: your email, the version of the terms, the date, IP address, place and device.
  • Country and city come from our hosting provider. We do not store your browser’s full identifier, we do not fingerprint your device, and we use no third-party analytics, advertising tools or artificial intelligence.

3. Why

So that the company can see what interests you and answer your requests, and to protect the link: the IP address and device show whether the link was passed on to someone else. Only the company that sent the link sees this information.

4. Cookies and your device

  • One cookie, strictly necessary to keep you signed in to the price page: it lasts 180 days and is sent only to the price-page service (/api/prices). We store only a cryptographic fingerprint (sha256) of its key.
  • Your browser stores only the language you chose for the page.

5. Where and for how long

  • The data are stored in Frankfurt (Vercel and Neon). VFP Consultants LLC, Vercel and Neon are US companies; transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Visits and sessions are deleted automatically after 24 months.
  • Your acceptance of the terms and your order requests are kept as long as the company keeps its AgroPro Plus account, and are deleted with it.
  • Encrypted backups are deleted within 180 days.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (GDPR Articles 15–22). Please contact the company that sent you the link first. You can also write to info@agropro.gr and we will forward your request to it. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Greece, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
