Product pages: privacy notice for visitors

1. Who is responsible

The company whose name is on the product page decides about the details you send it. It is the controller of your data. AgroPro Plus is operated by VFP Consultants LLC (680 S Cache Street, Suite 100-7414, Jackson, WY 83001, USA), which hosts the page and delivers your question only on that company’s instructions, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

2. What is recorded

  • Just visiting a page: nothing is recorded about you. The pages use no cookies, no local storage, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no CAPTCHA, and no fonts or scripts from other companies. Our hosting provider processes technical request data (such as your IP address) to deliver the page and keep it secure.
  • When you send a question: your full name, email and message, and, if you fill them in, your company and country. The product, the language of the page and the time are recorded with them.
  • To stop abuse of the form, your IP address is kept only as a cryptographic fingerprint made with a secret key, for about 15 minutes, and is never stored with your question. Your device, browser, the page you came from and your location are not recorded.
  • No artificial intelligence reads your message.

3. Where your question goes

  • It becomes a case in the company's AgroPro Plus account, which only that company's users can see.
  • The company receives it by email, sent through Resend, Inc. (USA), with your email as the reply address, so that it can answer you directly.
  • It is used only so that the company can answer you. It is not used for advertising and is not sold or given to anyone else.

4. Where and for how long

  • The data are stored in Frankfurt (Vercel and Neon). VFP Consultants LLC, Vercel, Neon and Resend are US companies; transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and Resend also declares compliance with the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Your name, company, country, email and message are deleted automatically 24 months after your question. The company can delete them earlier, for example when you ask it to.
  • If your question leads to a sample, a quote or an order, your company name stays in those records of the company as its customer.
  • Encrypted backups are deleted within 180 days. The copy of the email in the company's mailbox is managed by the company; Resend keeps the emails it sends and their delivery logs for up to 30 days.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (GDPR Articles 15–22). Please contact the company first: it answers your question by email, so you have its address. You can also write to info@agropro.gr and we will forward your request to it. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Greece, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
